Thank you for your interest in the Putnam County Youth Coalitions. We are looking for youth and young adults(10 years old to 24 years old) to participate on one of the two coalitions we have as part of grants. Please see additional grant information below.

The Adolescent Health Resiliency grant will provide training to adults in Putnam County that work with youth on how to interact with them in a trauma informed care way. This coalition meets quarterly for about an hour.

The Tobacco Free Youth grant focuses on setting goals and action plans around youth staying tobacco free. Those meetings are once a month and youth focused activities periodically.
