Thank you for your interest in the Putnam County Youth Coalitions. We are looking for youth and young adults(10 years old to 24 years old) to participate on one of the two coalitions we have as part of grants. Participation may include being an active participant at in-person and virtual meetings, provide feedback and ideas, and participate in activities we have in the county. Click here to apply. Please see additional grant information below.

The Adolescent Health Resiliency grant will provide training to adults in Putnam County that work with youth on how to interact with them in a trauma informed care way. This coalition meets quarterly for about an hour.

The Tobacco Free Youth grant focuses on setting goals and action plans around youth staying tobacco free. Those meetings are once a month and youth focused activities periodically.

REQUIREMENTS: You must be at least 10 years old, and live in Putnam County. Space is limited and applications will be chosen on who best fits the needs of the grants.

If you are an adult over 25 years old and want to join a coalition, please feel free to fill out an application by clicking the link here.
